Rainy Day Workout

IMG_6515The weather forecast is for rain, rain, and more rain!  Maybe in your neck of the woods, it’s snow, snow and more snow…

Don’t let the weather keep you from being active.  If you are brave enough to wander out for a run or walk in the rain/snow, then all’s great.  If on the other hand the weather just isn’t cooperating, here is a Plyo-HIIT workout you can do indoors.

The Workout

Perform the following exercises in a circuit, resting 30 seconds between exercises. Repeat circuit 2-3 times, with 60 second rest between circuits.

15-30 Speed skaters

Advanced

15-30 Jumping Jacks and Scissor Kicks

15-30 Seated Knee Tucks

15-30 Push Ups
