Brown Rice Crepes

Makes 9, 4” crepes
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup water
- pinch salt
- oil for pan
- Add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Brush a little oil to non-stick fry pan and heat to medium.
- Add ¼ cup of mixture to pan making sure it spreads evenly.
- Cook about 5 minutes per side.
Crepes can be used for both savory or sweet dishes. Crepes can be cooled, refrigerated or frozen and reheated for later use.
