- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 fillets trout
- Mix lemon juice, mustard, honey, salt and pepper together.
- Place fillets on parchment covered baking pan. Cover with lemon/honey dressing.
- Bake in 375 degree oven for 12 to 14 minutes.
