  • 2 tbsp.     lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp.    ground mustard
  • 1 tsp.       honey
  • 1/2 tsp.    salt
  • 1/4 tsp.    pepper
  •  4 fillets      trout


  1. Mix lemon juice, mustard, honey, salt and pepper together.
  2. Place fillets on parchment covered baking pan. Cover with lemon/honey dressing.
  3. Bake in 375 degree oven for 12 to 14 minutes.
