Fresh Papaya Salsa

Another easy recipe with loads of taste!  This salsa can be served alongside fish, chicken, turkey or used as an appetizer with rice crackers, tortilla chips

  • 1 ripe tomato, cubed
  • 1 cup papaya, cubed
  • 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper, finely chopped


1. Mix all ingredients together and let sit for about one hour or overnight.
