Strawberries are in season so try this refreshing and smooth summer treat that’s good any time of the year!

Makes 2 servings
1 Banana, frozen
1/2 cup Strawberries, frozen
1 cup Coconut Milk Beverage, unsweetened
2 tbsp Hemp Seed
1 tsp Maple Syrup
3/4 cups Water
1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Note: Canned coconut milk is much thicker and higher in fat content. If using, experiment with half the amount and add more water to compensate. (Coconut taste will be more intense)
