Yoga Poses Galore!

DSCN5960Do you want to work on your flexibility and strength at the same time?  Yoga is a perfect activity to achieve this goal.

We found an article on Greatist website about yoga poses that will help you get started and keep you progressing.  The article shows 30 different poses from basic to advanced level ones that are commonly performed:

If you are new to yoga practice, we recommend that you learn about proper yoga form by watching a few different videos or attending some yoga classes.  Alternatively, have a yogi friend or instructor watch you perform the poses to guide you for proper and safe yoga practice.

    Yoga is always good for gaining flexibility, strength, focus, keeping weight off and overall makes you physically and mentally fit. It’s good to know that yoga originated from India and now the whole world is gaining its benefits. Nice share Lia
