Sunday is my day to relax and do what feels right. It’s a day to sleep in, to start the day with a great cup of coffee while catching up on my favorite blog spots, and to let my muscles recover from the weekly workout routine.
It’s funny, though, that on Sundays my body is ready to wake before the sun rises. It’s hard to slow things down when your energy is ramped up, so I tell myself to relax and enjoy a slower pace – maybe attend a yoga class or just do some gentle stretching in my PJ’s.
