Happy Monday! It’s back to the weekly routine of school, work, chores, and so on.
For many of us, Mondays are days of great intentions: start a new workout, eat more healthy, keep up with chores before they become overwhelming, etc. We wanted to make your Monday a little less work, so here is a menu plan for the week.

All of the underlined recipes are original recipes we’ve published on our blog and available to you. To access the recipes, all you need to do is type in the recipe name in our site’s search box or look for the recipe under the ‘nourishing tips & recipes’ tab.
