Being physically active, eating nutritiously and following healthy habits need conscious thought and effort. Forming habits also needs repetition. So, here’s a challenge we’d like to extend to you. Do ONE or BOTH of the following each day for the next 30 days:
Be physically active for at least 20 minutes
and/or
Eat ONE more vegetable with at least one meal
