“One a Day” Healthy Challenge


IMG_4310Being physically active, eating nutritiously and following healthy habits need conscious thought and effort. Forming habits also needs repetition. So, here’s a challenge we’d like to extend to you. Do ONE or BOTH of the following each day for the next 30 days:

Be physically active for at least 20 minutes

and/or

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAEat ONE more vegetable with at least one meal

Share with us each day what you have done that day to meet the challenge by posting a note on our Facebook. If you don’t have a Facebook account, then send us a comment 

 and we’ll post it for you on our Facebook page. Ready, set, do it!
