September Inspiration

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERASeptember is a month filled with change as kids go back to school, Fall rounds the corner, and many of us set new goals for fitness and other activities in our lives.  Some of us aim to be more organized, happier, eat more nutritiously, exercise more, get a new job, go back to school.  The list goes on and on about ways to enhance our lives.  As thinking and feeling beings, we are drawn to constant evolution in order to improve ourselves and our lives.  This is a good thing!

Before taking action this September, reflect.

Here is a quote from Mother Teresa that we hope inspires you to appreciate what you have and dream big about what you want:

“Life is an opportunity, benefit from it.
Life is beauty, admire it.
Life is a dream, realize it.
Life is a challenge, meet it.
Life is a duty, complete it.
Life is a game, play it.
Life is a promise, fulfill it.
Life is sorrow, overcome it.
Life is a song, sing it.
Life is a struggle, accept it.
Life is a tragedy, confront it.
Life is an adventure, dare it.
Life is luck, make it.
Life is too precious, do not destroy it.
Life is life, fight for it.”

Mother Teresa

You are the architect of your own life.  Take responsibility for creating what you want.  Mahatma Gandhi said it best with this quote:

“Your beliefs become your thoughts,
Your thoughts become your words,
Your words become your actions,
Your actions become your habits,
Your habits become your values,
Your values become your destiny.”

Mahatma Gandhi

Enjoy this lovely month!
