As the weather improves, it’s time to think about cycling outdoors. Today was Day 1 for me, and it was fabulous even with the wind at my face! The country roads were quiet this morning so the ride was smooth and easy – no dodging vehicles or stopping for big trucks to rush by. Listening to my favorite radio station with one earbud made the ride even more enjoyable.

I did this workout last Tuesday at the gym (with my iPad mini propped up in front of the bike) and I was sweat drenched by the end of it. The video is very well done with motivating music and on-screen guidance throughout the entire workout. This workout is 45 minutes long; however, they have shorter and longer ones that will suit your various needs. Check them out.
