Join our 45–60 minute women’s strength training Zoom class designed to help you build muscle, improve tone, and boost your overall fitness from the comfort of home. All you need are a few free weights or resistance bands, a Pilates ball, a small step/stairs—and a willingness to show up for yourself. Classes are just $20 – pay via VENMO.
